The beginning of the end of the Constitution Pipeline?

This just in from Ann-Marie:

Today's filing by FERC requires Williams / Cabot to study existing interstate gas pipelines. They must provide information within 30 days on un-subscribed capacity, costs to co-locate, and costs to upgrade existing pipelines to hold this proposed new capacity.

This is a HUGE win for us, and it's a direct response to our map, comments, and letter from landowners.

Here is the info from FERC:
Docket(s): PF12-9-000
Filing Type: Request for Additional Information
Description: Letter requesting Constitution Pipeline Company, LLC to provide w/in 30 days the Data Request information to assist in FERC's anlayiss of Constitution's proposal under PF12-9.

This could be the beginning of the end for the Constitution pipeline, but the pressure needs to build.
