DIMOCK, PA -- BREAKING STORY

Was just demolished today by Cabot Oil and Gas.




Remember this iconic photo of Craig?

He and Julie play a prominent role in the movie FrackNation

made by Phelim McAleer. And they don't look too good:

A Lying Weasel who used FRAUD to enter people's homes,
who he then attacks -- Grandmothers and Children and Victims,
who comes from a Country Where Fracking is Banned

Phelim says they're water is fine, and they just wanted a big payout
from the gas companies. 
 

Interesting side note: Phelim told the victims along Carter Road that he was

"making a movie to save Ireland from Fracking".

In other words, he lied.

Phelim McAleer gained admittance to the homes of several families on Carter Road in Dimock, and used electronic recording devices to record their testimony under false pretenses.

Now, have a look at the Pennsylvania Penal Law

and ask yourself if he is guilty of these things:

• 18 Pa.C.S. § 2709(a) Deceptive or Fraudulent Business Practices:
• 18 Pa.C.S. § 4107 Breach of Privacy
• 18 Pa.C.S. §5703 Criminal Trespass
• 18 Pa.C.S. § 5503 False Impersonation:
• 18 Pa.C.S. § 4115 Interception, Disclosure or Use of Wire,
  Electronic or Oral Communications

So Phelim is now on a world-wide tour (sponsored by the Gas Industry), with his HIT-PIECE movie

which attacks the people who are SO DISADVANTAGED!
 
They have their water destroyed!
And Phelim makes it look like
the water in Dimock is fine.
 
So if the water in Dimock is Fine, then

a) why did Cabot Oil and Gas (using a shell company
"Susquehanna Real Estate 1 Corp." 840 Gessner Rd,Suite 1400, Houston, TX 77024)
purchase the house for $167,500 on 8-30-12,

and, b) Why are they now destroying it?
A perfectly good house!

So Phelim is getting LOTS of media attention.
He is on EVERY CHANNEL pushing PROPAGANDA.

He is a known liar, he violated at least 5 Laws of the Commonwealth,

multiple counts.

So if you are IN THE PRESS, I would hope you would cover this story

which indicts the facts in his so-called "documentary"

(which shows NO negative impacts of drilling at all).

If you are not in the press, maybe you could call your friends

in the press and try to get them to report this?
