Urgent Call For Witnesses: Tomorrow Friday, Davenport, Delaware Co. 7am

URGENT ALERT--

Tomorrow, Constitution Pipeline crews will be at 2409 Coe Hill Rd. Davenport, NY 13820 to remove trees and to build a bridge.

Call for photographers, videographers, witnesses, and (if you feel so moved and have attended nonviolence training) disruptors.

To my knowledge
a) DEC HAS NOT ISSUED FINAL 401 PERMITS

b) FERC HAS NOT ISSUED A NOTICE TO PROCEED FOR THIS ACTIVITY.  (I'm on the mailing list and  nothing came through today. I also just checked the docket and there is nothing there).

This is potential illegal activity.

Bring:

1) Warm clothes

2) Snacks and water

3) Still camera, videocamera, smartphone

4) Renewable energy signs
