Phelim McAleer goes over the edge

Notorious pro-fracking filmmaker and bully Phelim McAleer has gone over the edge this week and last.

For several days during the historic federal fracking trial in Scranton PA, with the remaining four of the original 44 Dimock plantiffs which sued Cabot Oil and Gas for contaminating these families' water wells, Phelim has been following around witnesses (both inside and outside of the Court Building), and harassing them, accusing them of lies and other outlandish things.

Well it turns out that harassing Federal Witnesses is a crime punishable by up to 20 years in prison! And Phelim has a history of lying, fraud, trespass, and intimidation since about 2012. (See: http://williamahuston.blogspot.com/2014/04/crimes-of-phelim-mcaleer-questions-and.html )

I will be working to support my friends in seeking criminal charges and deportation against this violent bully,

Phelim Mcaleer/FrackNation -- FYI: Max penalty for interfering with a federal witness = 20 years in prison. 18 USC §1512. You are accused of multiple counts, spanning multiple days last week and this, both inside and outside the court building. Many witnesses including video you have posted yourself. You have a history of intimidation and harassment: Julie Sautner multiple times, Yoko Ono, Josh Fox, Susan Sarandon, Anthony R. Ingraffea, Victoria Switzer, Vera Scroggins, Scott Ely, and others. Some of these people are distinguished members of our community, some senior citizens, one is an 80 y/o woman. What sort of visa are you here on exactly?
