Tony Ingraffea and others have brought forth the issues with CCPA and have contributed to the creation of an effective climate action bill. This is what we need to do. Thanks to Susan Multer and Suzannah Glidden for forwarding the action we must take.

Please take a few moments right now to do the following....

PLEASE phone FIRST THING_**_Wednesday morning and throughout the day to 

strongly OPPOSE the flawed Climate and Community Protection Act 

A.8270A/S.6617A (CCPA).**Urge them not to bring it to a vote or pass it. 

Despite a few revisions, many of the technical flaws remain and the bill 

is not equipped to meet its goals. That's why it sets us back in our 

effort to fight climate change.

There's a better climate bill, NYS Climate Responsibility Act.  Tell 

legislators to vote NO on CCPA and instead vote for responsible climate 

legislation next year.
