Re: Fw: Fwd: Fw: Donating a Mammogram- I just did!

Hi Cheryl,

I know this breast cancer information
is passed along with best intent,
like this recent note which implicitly conveys the idea
that mammograms are good for a woman's health,
I would like to offer a different opinion.

Feel free to pass this along to your friends.

The truth is (according to my findings and belief)
Mammogramsare actually a significant contributing factor
to causing breast cancer.

All the breast cancer foundations will tell you
"early detection is the best strategy for survival".
But as it turns out, this is not exactly true

Why is "early detection" NOT the best strategy for a woman's health?
Well, first, this strategy assumes she already has the disease,
or is likely to get it!
If not, no one would ever get the test!

Now think about this.
From a spiritual perspective, this is like asking to be sick!
It is a focus on being sick.
It does not have a wellness focus.

Next, mammograms inject radiation into breast tissue.
Remember the victims of Hiroshima?
Radiation causes cancer.
This has been known for many years.

Women who get mammograms are in a higher-risk group
for getting the disease than women who do not.

How could the doctors do such a thing
as to give such really bad advice,
advice which could harm us?

While your doctor may be a nice person,
the entire scientific, corporate, male, pharmaceutical,
materialistic, dualistic, analytical, reductionist
approach to healing is really flawed from the get-go
because they deny spirit utterly,
and they have become more interested
in profits then healing.

And unfortunately, sometimes
there's more money to be made in sickness
than in health.

How many billions have been spent on cancer research,
and still no cure?

Science will NEVER understand cancer,
unless science fundamentally changes.

Cancer is a disease of materialism,
and science is utterly blind to that fact.

Western Medicine has become a black art
Let's go on a trip to a university (you pick, any one)
which trains doctors or does drug research
and I'll show you what I'm talking about.

So, what should women do for healthy breasts?

Don't get sick in the first place!
And this means,
avoiding the main causes of breast cancer:

1: Avoid exposure to chemicals, especially organochlorines.
This are in many industrial chemicals, such as solvents.

Also for women, avoid bleached paper toilet paper/tampons,
hair colors, nail polish, and harsh household cleaners.

2: Don't wear tight bras, and massage your breasts often.

3: Avoid all animal products: meat, dairy, fish, fowl, eggs

A large killer here are residual growth hormones,
which mediate the growth of latent cancers.

4: Don't use tobacco

5: Avoid radiation sources (microwave ovens, cell phones,
    mammograms, laptop computers)

6: Avoid prescription hormones, such as hysterectomies
which require maintenance HRT, or birth control pills.

And if you already are sick,
first ... BE HAPPY! Most important.
Don't dwell in fear.

I would switch to a strict vegan diet,
drink 8oz of fresh carrot juice each day,
and read You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay.
Find an herbalist or Reiki practitioner
or other alternative healer.

Lastly, remember what my friend Cheryl once said:

"I believe most of these alternative healing modes
are just an excuse for us to touch each other."

So be sure to get plenty of hugs and carresses
from your loved ones... :)

And if you are dying, I can think of nothing better
then a Buddhist approach to dying and hospice,
like this place: http://www.zencare.org/film.html

But it's basically about letting go, without fear
and not having attachments to this world.

I have footnotes for all of these assertions,
so if anyone wants more info, email me.

Best,
BH
