Wow, great Dharma talk

Here is a great talk called
Joy of Practice by Mark Coleman:

http://www.dharmaseed.org/teacher/115/talk/3663/

I listened to about the first :40 of a 70min talk.

There are many treasures here!
Try to find some quiet relaxed time
and give this a listen.

Some of the things that moved me:

Discussion of how "the story" contained
in all those non-stop thoughts we are having:
judgments, evaluations, labels, categories,
does not represent the truth.

Details of how we first become aware,
then cure ourselves of destructive habit patterns.

Really enjoyed listening to it this morning.
