how she found the Dharma,
and how to use the noticing practice
can break the habitual jump
from thought to emotion.
Andre had difficulty with anger,
which I can relate to.
She talks about how naming breaths
"in breath, out breath"
was a relief from her thoughts
which were producing strong negative emotions.
She also talks about how her Metta practice
was especially difficult for her
to direct towards her ex-fiancee.
She tells of the incredible metaphysical power
of patience, and the noticing practice.
