My daily affirmation

(I am beginning a daily morning ritual,
where I use some essential oils, and say this)

My daily affirmation

I have seen that carrying resentment
is like carrying poison.
So today, I release all resentment.

I have seen that cravings and attachment
lead to unhappiness.
So today, I release all cravings.
I will be happy with whatever I receive.

This life is such a precious gift,
for which I am so very grateful.
I have received so many miracles,
and today I know more will come.

It is by the Grace of God that I take each breath.
May I today use my life energy
for my highest potential
for the benefit of all beings.
