Secret Meeting Tonight // Windsor HS
about the Notorious
Exploding Dunbar Compressor Station

High School -- Windsor NY

Tuesday 1/21/2014 -- 6:30 PM
It's a secret meeting
being held by Town Officials
doing Public Business!
What tha...?

They are saying:
Only locals, no outsiders,
No media, no recordings.

What's going on here?

Here are the players who are jointly holding the meeting:
  • Williams Company
  • NiSource / Millennium
  • Town Officials
  • Fire Companies
  • -- Terrified Local Windsor Residents --
It's a secret meeting about public safety!!!
I believe this meeting should be witnessed
by independent observers and journalists
to see if it qualifies as a "Public Body"
under NY Open Meetings Law.

There may be a quorum of the Windsor town board.

"This meeting is limited to residents of Windsor"
This postcard was mailed out to every resident of the Town of Windsor.
