Constitution Pipeline brings in pipe despite not having a permit for construction.

Is it a "done deal" already? Is the FERC process a sham?

These shots were taken Monday, March 31, on i-88 on the way to the Richmondville FERC hearing.

Truck was travelling Northeast from Binghamton area to Albany area.
