How to help save 100,000 trees from your sofa

Here are some ways you can help the Hollerans in New Milford PA fighting to save the maple trees against unlawful destruction.

1) Contact the local commander of the PA State Police and inform them that this tree cutting has only been authorized by FERC as, "non mechanized". However they are using mechanical chain saws.

The FERC certificate itself was illegal as it violated the law a dozen ways. This is being litigated in court now.

2) check the FERC docket (link above) and find any filing for the US Fish and Wildlife. Find out the name of the local administrator. Get them to RESCIND their authorization, since the warm winter has caused an early bird migration.

3) keep calling Schneiderman and ask for an injunction based on the legal arguments outlined in his letter to FERC in Jan.

4) keep calling Cuomo and say DENY the 401 for Constitution Pipeline!!! Don't let one more tree fall!!
