The secret of how to transform the world.

Check your body now.
How do you feel?
Do you feel happy?
Are you in a state of gratitude or adoration?

Or are you fearful and worried?
Do you feel an overall sense of dread?
Are you hating some aspect of you life, or your body?
Are you in a relationship which is a source of suffering?
Do you find yourself resisting and fighting?

This Nita Renfrew interview is interesting.
She says everything is changing now, and
that we need to reevaluate all existing strategies.

She says we first all need to
cure the fear in our own hearts.

Our energies are better spent
in shifting the energy
by using forgiveness and compassion.

This is called Metta in the Buddhist tradition.

Ho'oponopono is a Hawai'ian technique for healing
and conflict resolution. It suggests that we are all
100% responsible for whatever we experience.
Whatever we feel or see actually begins within.
The technique works by deep meditation
on the concepts of repentance, forgiveness, gratitude,
whereby a transformation is achieved.

"Let Peace Begin With Me."

This is a universal principle.
We transform the world
by starting from within.

It has been independently discovered
by every human culture
on every continent.

This is the central message of
Yoga, Vipassana, Sufi, Buddhism, Ho'oponopono,
NVC (Non-Violent Communications),
Shamanism, Voodoo, Falun Gong.

This truth is found in the Christian Bible in the
teachings of Jesus, and also in the
Old Testament (check the Moses Code).
It's in the Islamic Koran.
It is found in Kabbalah (mystical Judaism).

This is also the healing technique
discovered by Louise Hay.
Look for her book "You Can Heal Your Life".
Also a new movie out.

Your thoughts create your experience.
Again and again, this concept is rediscovered
and reinvented by every human culture.
Yet it still seems to be rejected and ridiculed
by the dominant materialist worldview.

It is time to change that worldview.
Bring it up to date.

This truth has been scientifically codified by
Benjamin Lee Whorf (Whorf/Sapir hypothsis from Meta-Lingusitics)
and the work of Alfred Korzybski (General Semantics).
Check for "Robert Anton Wilson Explains Everything"
for a treatment on this and "e-prime", a language
which lacks the verb "to be"

(Try wrapping your mind around that one!
You can't call someone a nasty name without it,
Yet the verb to-be is not a universal feature of every
human language).

Our thoughts and language create our reality.
Marshall Rosenberg's system uses this principle too.
It works like magic.

Working on our own happiness
is like our gift to the world!

Leading-edge research by Rupert Sheldrake in this area,
relating to consciousness as a field.
We are all connected to and affected by
the Universal Field.

We can change ourselves,
and thereby affect the field.

It is the essence of The Secret.
(movie about Abraham/Hicks material).

We are exiting the age of materialism.
It's time to evaluate everything.

Do we want to repeat the same old patterns?
The future is in our hands.
