Healing thoughts to a sick friend

Precious one,
be careful with doctors.
They often dispense curses
which work if you believe in them.

Remember, doctors get paid if you are sick
and they receive nothing if your are well.
This is what in media theory we call "channel bias".

One this is certain: we all will die.
So we should be at peace with this.

Now, within this framework,
there are apparently many degrees of freedom
and it seems life is much more magical
and we are really much more powerful
than we were taught.

I know this is truth:
There are many obstacles we encounter
which can be overcome by mind alone.

There is a kind of healing which works independent of
machines, drugs, surgery, radiation.

They degrade it with the name "placebo"
which is something sterile, impotent, & false

...but we are talking about is SPIRIT
which has Infinite Divine Source Energy behind it!

If you want to know more
about "alternative healing",
(which I would call "true healing")
the best place to start is Louise Hay:
"You Can Heal Your Life!"

In essence, here it is in a nutshell:

Drop all resentment, all guilt,
all shame, all blame, all judgment,
for yourself and of others.

Look in the mirror and tell yourself that you are loved
BY YOU!
(and that's enough)

The resentment we carry is usually backed up
by a big story.
It's OK and beneficial to drop that too :)

Stories are arbitrary.
This means you get to pick your story.
You are free to make up a new one!
Be the hero of your own life.

Tell yourself the story of your success
each night. Make it a practice.
Say it even if you don't believe it.

Lots of love,
BH
