ALL HANDS: Need urgent help in Broome County: Infection Energy(*) is back

All hands: We need help in Broome County analyzing this
57 page document before the public hearings on Thursday:

Apparently, this Lead Agency status would allow the
Broome County Government to move ahead with their unholy plan
to Frack our Parks and other common lands
for some short term revenues.

What does this mean? Why does Broome County want Lead Agency?
Would this allow them to drill prior to the dSGEIS approval?
Broome County legislature seems to be loaded with pro-drilling people.
Any help you have is requested now.
