Town of Ulysses NY Board votes 5-0 to Ban Fracking (great video)

Here is an update to chart produced by Karen Edelstein which shows the movement for
a ban on a local municipal level in NY.

There have been FIVE towns which have moved to the
"Ban in Place" column since this chart was first created just ONE MONTH AGO!
(as well as other towns being added in other spots):




My friend Ben mentioned it's like popcorn cooking.

• First there are just a few kernels which pop.
• Then a few more....
• Then, the whole state is erupting with local bans!

Or, like the Grand Finale at the fireworks show.
Ban, ban, ban, ba-ban, ba-ban, ban, ban!
