HELP! need YOU (and your group) to attend FERC scoping THIS WEEK Constitution Pipeline

The Constitution Pipeline is a massive 121 mile 30" high pressure pipeline
which will deliver this gas who-knows-where, and likely this infrastructure will enable this gas to be EXPORTED.

It is important that ALL NY and PA groups fighting fracking oppose this pipeline, which will have massive and irreversible environmental impacts and it will ENABLE FRACKING IN NY.

Please consider attending (or having a member of your group attend)
one of the FERC scoping sessions this week in Afton, Schoharie, or New Milford.
