There is NO regulation of Gas Pipelines or Compressor Stations
in the new NY proposed fracking Regs!
As the people from Bradford County and Susquehanna County will tell you,
and as is plain to see if you fly over the area, or visit and talk to people
some of the greatest impacts of fracking come from Compressor Stations,
Gas Refineries, and Pipelines.
However there are ZERO regulations of these in the regs!
Zero, ZIP, nada, zilch. NONE AT ALL!

.... it still deserves special mention, due to the extreme impacts of these things.
We are presently seeing grave threats to our democracy now
in Susquehanna County PA right now over the siting and approval of these things.
