Bradford Co. Commish McClinko to NC: "Fracking is a blessing from God himself!"

So here's the deal, these frackers are getting REALLY desperate.
As if fracking shale (the bottom of the hydrocarbon barrel -- literally)
wasn't bad enough, now the frackers are moving into marginal areas,
like the NC Triassic formation. It's barely a sliver:

But that's not stopping the frackers from hyping this like it's going to turn
everyone into Shale-ioniares.

This is a multi-part series in the Fayetteville Observer which is 99.9% industry hype.
It's all about riches, prosperity, jobs, and opportunity,
yet nary a mention of the destruction we've seen in Pennsylvania.

I encourage you to read the whole series to get an idea how bad it is,
but do it on an empty stomach.

From the article:

But all that drilling has not been without controversy, lawsuits, growing pains and a few accidents, including a gas well explosion in February south of Pittsburgh that killed one worker and injured another.
McLinko disagrees with critics who call hydraulic fracturing dangerous.
"Baloney," he said. "You know what?
It's a blessing from God himself, and I mean that sincerely."

Notice in the image, McClinko is not looking at this map,
a map of water contamination cases in 6 counties in NE PA, including his, Bradford.

Are are 313 contaminated water wells belonging to 313 different families
"a gift from God", commissioner?
