Just a quick update. It's NOT GOOD.

Town of Fenton ZBA first approved a small site variance.

Then the Planning Board unanimously approved (with one abstention) the site plan for the MONSTEROUS 12-Compressor "Bomb Truck" terminal, despite objections and safety concerns of the community, the School Board, and the Supervisor for the Town of Port DIckenson.

They determined this was a Type-II SEQR action, so trivial as to not require any environmental review (except for filling out a short form).

This is VERY BAD for ALL NY, because these trucks can go anywhere.

One rep from the company admitted they were doing a "virtual transmission line" exactly like we have observed XNG doing between Forest Lake PA and Manheim NY, meaning, they take it out from one pipe, and inject it into another.

He could not name ONE local customer for this gas, despite saying delivering to local customers was their primary business model.

There is NO REGULATION WHATSOEVER of this facility, other than town and county zoning and planning, which all signed off on the project.

NYS DEC:NO REGULATION
NYS DOT: No special regulation
FERC: no regulation (despite clear jurisdiction under Natural Gas Act)
PHMSA / Federal DOT: no special regulation
NO federal environmental review under National Environmental Policy Act
NO NY State environmental review under SEQRA.

So Industry has found a way to ship 650k MCF/day WITHOUT A PIPELINE! And without ANY REGULATION and without ANY PUBLIC HEARINGS!!!
