Thanks to everyone who attended this month's discussion of Against the Stream. Another big turnout! (9 people). It was a great discussion, very interdisciplinary, mixing Buddhism, Yoga, and NVC.

I am happy so many people seem to be excited about this group and seem to be getting benefit from it!
