Hi, I'm looking for any information on

presently with Inflection Energy, of Denver CO

formerly of Evergreen Resources,
of Denver CO, Trinidad CO, or Wasilla Alaska

Zimmerman's prior company was Storm Cat Energy
of Calgary, Alberta Canada

These people may also be associated with
Pioneer Natural Resources with operations in Alaska, Colorado, Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico
as well as internationally: Canada, Argentina, South Africa, Gabon and Tunisia

I'm looking for malfeasance, accidents, spills, leaks,
lawsuits, worker injuries, that sort of thing,
especially in the Raton Basin area of Colorado and New Mexico
where Evergreen's primary operations (Coal-Bed Methane/CBM) were before it merged with Pioneer.

FYI: Inflection Energy has made an offer of 15.9M to Broome County
to drill on public lands, and has signed with landowners in
the Town of Maine for $18M.

Inflection Energy's Mark Sexton says that NYSEG would benefit from
development of natural gas, but falls short of saying this gas would be
for consumers in NY, and jumps to talking about delivering "excess supply"
