Could Acoustic Resonance in Pipelines Cause Sound Emissions, then Weld Failures

Could Acoustic Resonance in Pipelines Cause Sound Emissions,
then Weld Failures?

This is a very interesting theory.

I've been in touch with Kohlhase and I am pretty sure he is on to something.
Theory is, LF vibrations originating in compressor stations
traveling longitudinally could provoke weld failure,
as seen in the Millennium Pipeline.

Also, potential for resonance to occur which could accumulate and cause explosive,
catastrophic failure on short notice.
