Looking for anyone who has successfully registered on NFPA site (Proposed NY LNG regs issue)

Looking for anyone who has successfully registered on NFPA site
(Proposed NY LNG regs issue).

I tried to register on the site,
after being asked to fill in a lot of personal information
which I did not want to provide.

Before getting free access to the codes
(NFPA 52 and NFPA 59A are included by reference into the proposed NY regs)
you have to click a secret link to register your email address.

Within 2 min. I got a spam message
advertising NFPA services,
but I never got the confirmation email.

Here are links to the relevant codes. Look for "Free Access".
Try to register.
Also, be sure to WRITE TO THE DEC with your experiences.
Use the 30 Days website.

All these days have to do with NFPA codes:

Also if you have problems accessing these codes (which make up the substance
of the proposed rules, then PLEASE CALL Russ Brauksieck, NYSDEC
Phone (518) 402-9553. And ask (or DEMAND) a 90 day extenstion
until this gets sorted out. Also ask for MORE HEARINGS across NY State,
beyond just a single hearing in Albany.

Lastly, GET TO ALBANY on Oct 30th, at NOON to the Public Hearing
and SPEAK OUT!

NYSDEC Public Hearing on the Proposed LNG Rules
Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 2:00 PM
NYSDEC
625 Broadway, Room 129
Albany, NY

Thanks,
BH
