Next Thursday Nov 18th the Broome County Legislature will vote on the deal to
LEASE our County Lands for Gas Drilling.

They are saying there will be NO environmental impacts
*from the generic lease itself*, as they have improperly
segmented the environmental impacts from the action (gas drilling)

Hydrofracking has been PROVEN to be UNSAFE, and under no circumstances
should the Broome County Legislature be rushing into this lease, which
is BAD DEAL for almost everyone in the county.
