Asm Lupardo (D-126) the "environmentalist" teams with 4 Republicans to Promote Fracking

I've often said there are no "fence sitters" on the shale gas issue:
If you are not ACTIVELY WORKING ON A BAN,
then you are AIDING THE FRACKERS.

Our elected representatives have a sworn duty
delegated upon them by the voters
to protect the people of their districts and of the state
and to uphold the Constitution.

We have repeatedly asked our Assmeblywoman Donna Lupardo
(Assembly District 126, City of Binghamton, Union, Vestal)
to support a STATE WIDE BAN on hydrofracking,
yet she has always responded with,

"We must trust the DEC".

Funny, that's the exact same language in the JLCNY PRO-FRACKING resolution
recently passed by many towns in the Southern Tier!

Well, well. Dear Donna is no longer a "fence sitter" on the shale gas issue.
Donna Lupardo is OUT as Supporting and Promoting FRACKING!

She's teamed up with 4 Republican co-sponsors to create a

"...natural gas value added task force to prepare a report on the
value added opportunities of the Marcellus shale natural gas".

Apparently Donna does not understand that there is a massive resistance movement
to Fracking in NY and that a SUPER-MAJORITY of the people in her district and in the state
oppose fracking:

Why not give her office a call
and tell her what you think about this?
